Born & raised in Southern California
but currently living in Okinawa.
We have a fancy hotel by the beach.
We spent our day cleaning and throwing pretty much everything away because we have no more space in our suitcases, and also because we’re just so over this move. Joshua is out getting drinks and things while I wait for the lasagna (that smells soooooo good) to be done. Running around all day is no fun, and you get so busy that you forget how beautiful the island is. It is great to relax after a hectic day. And as beautiful as it is here I cannot wait to be back in the states.
There are two basic motivating forces: fear and love. When we are afraid, we pull back from life. When we are in love, we open to all that life has to offer with passion, excitement, and acceptance. We need to learn to love ourselves first, in all our glory and our imperfections. If we cannot love ourselves, we cannot fully open to our ability to love others or our potential to create. Evolution and all hopes for a better world rest in the fearlessness and open-hearted vision of people who embrace life.
I want another baby. Maybe I’ll convince Husband when we’re settled in Missouri.
I have a million things to do today because TMO comes to pack our lives away tomorrow but here I am watching The Little Rascals and looking for things to buy for my new house.
I have become a procrastinator. bye
